Rigging Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Rigger/Swamper to join our team at Wilbanks LLC. As a Rigger/Swamper, you will play a critical role in the safe and efficient transportation of heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist drivers in setting and lifting rig pieces for transport.
- Attach bridles to equipment and assist with load tie-down using chains and straps.
- Work with crews to assemble and disassemble equipment.
- Perform daily maintenance and inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and drivers.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 100 pounds.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various climates and terrain.
