Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and will be responsible for providing exceptional care to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients' physical, sensory, and cognitive needs to create tailored therapy plans.
  • Implement effective rehabilitation interventions aimed at improving clients' daily living and functional capabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Track and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans as required.
  • Educate and support clients and their families on strategies and techniques to enhance functional outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid Occupational Therapy license.
  • Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a relevant setting or with a specific type of caseload is advantageous.
