Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with all store services and products, providing personalized support and solutions.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, copiers/printers, rental computers, and other store equipment with efficiency and accuracy.
- Process customer sales through the point-of-sale system, ensuring accurate transactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Upsell, cross-sell, and actively participate in marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Interact with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Sort and deposit mail in private mailboxes, and capture, complete tasks, and organize Virtual Mail.
- Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to translate customer requirements into final products or services.
- Ability to multitask, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and transactions.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite, Windows operating system, and other computer hardware and software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Some supervisory skills preferred.
- The ability to become a certified Notary Public is required.
