- Educate families about any outstanding financial responsibilities related to prescriptions.
- Facilitate the electronic collection of outstanding payments.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Capability to manage multiple insurance-related challenges.
- Completion of mandatory training within the first month of employment.
