**Job Summary**

We are seeking experienced, part-time associates with a passion for wine and exceptional customer service. As a Wine Associate, you will be part of a team that delivers an award-winning guest experience, working together to maintain all aspects of the restaurant, including retail and back-of-house duties.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable wine experience for guests
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Assist with wine sales, pouring, and serving
  • Participate in wine tastings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Support the management team in maintaining high standards of quality and service

**Requirements**

  • At least two years of experience in the restaurant or retail wine industry
  • Ability to legally serve alcohol (21 years of age or older)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for up to 10 hours
