Job Summary:

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team in Rapid City. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in building relationships with referral sources, obtaining referrals, and participating in the development of our Business Departmental plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, clinics, and physician offices.
  • Obtain referrals and complete eRehab or LTRAX assessments to ensure accurate and timely patient admissions.
  • Participate in planning, organizing, and executing the Business Departmental plan to drive business growth and development.
  • Provide market intelligence and serve as a key source of information for the community, referral sources, and physicians.
  • Develop and maintain a positive, professional image conducive to building long-lasting relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, or Social Worker in the state where support is provided.
  • Recent healthcare experience in the acute care hospital, rehabilitation setting, or home health care agency/company.
  • Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with medical and administrative staff, patients, and families.
  • Self-motivated, extroverted, and enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous clinical screening experience.
  • Marketing/sales skill expertise.
  • Working experience of local medical community.
