- Engage with business stakeholders and development teams to architect and implement IAM solutions.
- Establish IAM standards and protocols in accordance with security guidelines and industry best practices.
- Actively contribute to critical IT Governance committees to advocate for IAM priorities.
- Evaluate immediate and future IAM requirements in partnership with senior management.
- Ensure robust access controls are maintained through systematic reviews.
- Investigate and propose innovative IAM technologies to meet upcoming demands.
- Foster and sustain relationships with key technology vendors.
- Act as a subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a minimum of 5 years focused on IAM.
- Experience in management or leadership roles.
- CISSP certification is advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise with contemporary IAM technologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise directory architecture and design best practices.
- Proven project management capabilities and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
