Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Services Coordinator to join our team at UMass Memorial Health. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health and be licensed as LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT. A minimum of two years' experience working in a clinical environment is required. This role involves conducting initial comprehensive assessments of clients, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial comprehensive assessments of clients who require behavioral health services
  • Develop diagnostic formulations and treatment recommendations
  • Engage clients in safety planning and provide crisis intervention when necessary
  • Evaluate eligibility for services, medical necessity, and client preferences
  • Coordinate care on behalf of the client

Working Conditions: Regular attendance is expected, and variable shifts may include weekends. Accurate records must be maintained, and departmental policies adhered to.

What We Offer: As a member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range ($65,000 - $85,000) and a comprehensive benefits package.
