Nurse Supervisor/LPN Job Description

At CommonSail Investment Group, we're committed to creating exceptional experiences for our residents and their families. As a Nurse Supervisor/LPN, you'll play a vital role in leading our caregiving team and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • Evaluate residents' conditions and report any changes to physicians in a timely manner.
  • Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Records (EMAR) to ensure accurate and efficient care.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families to build strong relationships and ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state with a strong background in Assisted Living/Memory Care.
  • Prior supervisory experience and a proven track record of leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with the elderly.
