Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by actively engaging with shoppers and adhering to customer service principles.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that aligns with our merchandising standards.
  • Process customer transactions accurately, including purchases and returns, while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Promote our credit and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.
  • Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and standards.
  • Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day to maintain a neat shopping environment.
  • Uphold all organizational and cleanliness standards for the sales floor and contribute to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Engage in constructive feedback and recognition practices to foster a positive work culture.
  • Support loss prevention initiatives and participate in safety awareness programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items as required.
  • Collaborative team player who works well with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
