Job Title: Retail Merchandiser

Eurpac Service, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Parris Island, South Carolina. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for providing sales and marketing services to commissary locations on a specific military base or bases in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily tasks as assigned at commissary locations, including maintaining proper call frequency, selling and ensuring proper shelf placement for authorized items, and filling store shelves with back-stock if opportunities exist.
  • Secure display activity and build displays as needed, scan stores for missing items via hand-held device, and obtain missing distribution.
  • Conduct inventory checks and write orders for all VON related items, meet with each store manager as scheduled by Area Manager, and be responsible for shelf management.
  • Check code dates and proper rotation, write up/return 'out of dates' as outlined in specific Manufacturers policies, and timely communicate to Area Manager utilizing the 'best practice' method outlined by Area Manager.
  • Sell promotions as outlined in Convenience Package and as directed by Area Manager and report results to Area Manager, build displays as required, place Point of Sale as directed, and report low or out of stock issues to Facility Manager.
  • Complete Call reporting procedures technology while in store, and other projects/requests as requested or assigned by management.
Working Conditions:
  • Build, install, and move various racks weighing up to 100 lbs, and build displays with up to 40lb case weight.

The pay rate is $18-$20 per hour and 10 hours per week. You will need to have access to a computer, printer, and smartphone, and download information from websites.
