Job Description:

This position is responsible for ensuring timely data capture and accuracy of billing information entered in the system. The ideal candidate will have a high-moderate level of guidance and direction, with a focus on providing progress status and tracking of work to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Input client information into Client systems, including rates
  • Accurately document the details of Client Commercial Agreements
  • Adhere to all relevant internal company policies and external regulations
  • Provide leadership with updates and tracking information related to assignments
  • Keep leadership informed about the progress and tracking of data entry
  • Ensure open and direct communication with team members
  • Ensure publications are in line with commercial agreements, system demands, and internal guidelines
  • Responsible for the accuracy and punctuality of revenue data
Requirements:
  • At least two years of related professional experience, or a mix of education and experience that is comparable
  • Detail-oriented and analytical skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Skilled in using Office software, particularly Excel, and SAP
  • Three years of experience in railroad transportation is desired
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
