About the Role
  • Lead the strategic direction of your restaurant and maintain operations standards to drive results through people development, sales, and profit growth.
  • Teach, model, and uphold Raising Cane's culture standards for all crewmembers, customers, and partners.
  • Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant and be responsible for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Monitor profit and loss statements and develop and execute strategy in all areas of financial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and terminate management-level crewmembers, including status change and payroll process.
  • Create crewmember work and training schedules.
  • Develop management-level crewmembers, including performance management.
  • Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling.
  • Deploy crewmembers during a shift and provide exemplary customer service.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
