Key Responsibilities

As a Charge RN in our Surgery department at Providence St Vincent Medical Center, you will play a vital role in leading our team and delivering world-class patient care. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supervising and mentoring staff members
  • Developing and implementing care plans
  • Ensuring high-quality patient outcomes
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • An Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire
  • At least one year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
Benefits and Salary

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $51.92 - $70.25 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
