We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Jobot. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance duties, including replacing valves and pumps, motors, gear reducers, and other equipment. You will also be responsible for disassembling and assembling electric motors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and performing miscellaneous duties as required for plant maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance duties, including replacing valves and pumps, motors, gear reducers, and other equipment.
  • Disassemble and assemble electric motors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as required for plant maintenance.
  • Work with equipment packaging equipment, including labelers, rotary and in-line filler, in-line cappers, jet printers, cartoner's, bundlers, sleevers, heat tunnels, and case sealers.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the cosmetics, food or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Be able to communicate in English.
  • Have an in-depth, detailed knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical processes.
  • Be able to read and work from prints, both mechanical and electrical.
  • Be willing to work overtime and be on call for off-hours emergencies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the cosmetics, food or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • In-depth, detailed knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical processes.
  • Ability to read and work from prints, both mechanical and electrical.
