Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Maple Terrace and Pleasant Place Apartments properties in Maple Plain, MN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the fiscal soundness, maintenance, and social health of our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to state, federal, and local laws, as well as city requirements and submit monthly reporting.
  • Leadership: Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, the community, and owners/owner boards, while maintaining customer service and excellent relations.
  • Financial: Meet Company benchmarks for occupancy, rent collections, and timely compliance paperwork, operating the property within budgeted income and expense guidelines.
  • Property Management: Maintain accurate waiting lists, select and screen new residents, and authorize staff payroll.
  • Resident Services: Collaborate with residents to maintain lease compliance and housing stability, plan and coordinate community building opportunities, and provide essential supportive services.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of government subsidy programs and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Two years of experience in property management, leasing, and staff supervision.
  • Strong marketing and leasing skills, motivational skills, and ability to self-direct.
  • Proficient office skills, typing speed of 40-50 wpm, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
