We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced landscaper/hardscape installer/stone craftsman to join our team at Abbruzzese Brothers Inc. as a Landscape/Hardscape Production Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 2-5 crew members in the installation of landscaping and hardscaping projects.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all installations.
- Manage and maintain a safe and organized jobsite.
- Operate heavy equipment such as cut off saws, laser levels, skid-steers, mini excavators, and plate compactors.
- Read and interpret blueprints and understand elevations and grading requirements.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of plant material, stone, and paver products.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- 3+ years of experience in landscaping and hardscaping installation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using heavy equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of plant material, stone, and paver products.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Experience in managing a team and leading projects.
