Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Scanning Coordinator to join our team at ShopRite of West Caldwell. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, promoting sales, and assisting with the onboarding of new associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet all customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance.
  • Promote the sale of current charitable promotions to customers.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new department associates, including interviewing, selection, and training.
  • Maintain proper staffing to meet projected sales and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills.
