Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Front End Cashier Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional member service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean shopping environment by conducting safety sweeps, following company policies and procedures, and reporting any hazards or concerns to management.
• Provide member service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues and concerns.
• Process member purchases, assist with transactions, and maintain a neat and organized checkout area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience and knowledge of front-end equipment a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a team environment.
