Customer Service Representative

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for ensuring customers receive top-notch service by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and processing requests related to various banking needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clear explanations of Midland States Bank's products and services to customers.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant products and services.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information.
- Utilizing excellent telephone etiquette to deliver a high level of quality service.
- Staying informed about applicable banking regulations and policies.
- Meeting service standards set by the Customer Care Manager.
Requirements include:
- A degree in a business-related field, with a Bachelor's degree being preferred.
- At least two years of customer service experience.
- The equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
