Housekeeping Aide

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housekeeping Aide to join our team at American Senior Communities. As a Housekeeping Aide, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide cleaning services to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
- Post safety signs when necessary to alert staff and visitors of potential hazards.
- Wash and remake beds after resident discharge.
- Keep utility and storage rooms clean and organized.
- Use personal protective equipment when required to prevent exposure to blood or other hazardous materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
