Job Summary

Guidance Center of Lea County seeks a skilled Clinical Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of clinical services. The ideal candidate will provide administrative supervision to program staff, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and clinical supervision to the clinical team, ensuring contract compliance and program quality.
  • Evaluate individual and team performance, utilizing data analysis to drive improvements.
  • Develop and monitor program budgets, ensuring alignment with established policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in the orientation process of new staff members and coordinate ongoing clinical supervision.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices through participation in professional development networks and associations.
Qualifications
  • Masters or Ph.D. in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy, with New Mexico state licensure.
  • NM Board Approved Clinical Supervisor or ability to obtain Board approval within 60 days.
  • Minimum of 4 years clinical experience, including work with child, adolescent, and adult sexual assault survivors, crisis intervention, and cognitive behavioral therapies.
  • Working knowledge of funding and agency contract requirements.
  • Computer competency requirements include Microsoft Office, Outlook, online researching techniques, and search engine utilization.
