Key Functions:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve customer experience and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales and marketing skills.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
