Role Overview: As a Cloud Solutions Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in providing assistance to our Insight Cloud Care Clients.

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring our client portfolio meets their business objectives through effective adoption and expansion of cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quoting CSP products and facilitating the successful onboarding of clients to Insight's Cloud Services Platform.
  • Addressing client inquiries related to CSP, Insight's cloud commerce platform, and providing break-fix support guidance.
  • Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients by adhering to established processes and maintaining a client-centric approach.
  • Delivering day-to-day support to clients, including troubleshooting cloud portal issues and guiding stakeholders on CSP-related queries.
  • Providing solutions within designated service level agreements (SLAs) and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Offering post-sales support to continually improve the client's technology experience.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of Insight's offerings, policies, and procedures.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of the Adobe Cloud Care team's processes and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated history of exceptional customer service and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently while exercising discretion and independent judgment on significant matters.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in building strong relationships with clients to foster collaboration.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to the evolving landscape of cloud platforms and multiple work streams.
  • Strong organizational skills with a solid understanding of IT operations.
  • Capability to collect, analyze, and present metrics and success factors in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Team player who thrives in dynamic environments and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical discipline from an accredited institution.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years in customer-facing roles, such as professional services, technical support, program management, or similar positions focused on client success.
