This is an exciting opportunity to join our Marine HR Department as a recruitment specialist, working closely with our Technical/Marine teams to identify and recruit top talent for our clients.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to verifying certifications and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process for Marine and Hotel crew needs, ensuring timely rotation schedules.
  • Sourcing candidates for open positions from all manning agencies and crew portals.
  • Aarranging interviews of shortlisted prospective candidates with Technical/Marine teams.
  • Ensuring officers have the required certification and documentation for their respective positions onboard.
  • Reviewing direct incoming applications to eliminate costs related to utilizing manning agencies whenever possible.
  • Maintaining good communication with Clients, manning agencies, and other AE offices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years' experience in a reputable cruise manning company/recruitment agency.
