- Monitor system performance by analyzing logs using tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business System Analyst or in a comparable role.
- Proficient in Postman and MongoDB.
- Experience in creating mockups and testing intricate workflows.
- Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks, with the capability to review and execute tests.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for drafting detailed user stories and documentation.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to oversee various projects.
- Experience with system monitoring tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to comprehend, inquire, clarify, and document complex business rules.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the airline industry.
