Job Description

The Pediatric Care Manager RN will be responsible for ensuring direct care staff provide compliant care, providing training and guidance on agency policy, managing client caseloads, and developing treatment programs. Key duties include:

  • Ensuring referrals result in timely start of care or well-documented delays
  • Effectively managing client caseloads
  • Developing and implementing treatment programs
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and reassessments
  • Coodinating care between direct care staff and external providers
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Home health, pediatric, and/or office experience preferred
