Key Responsibilities:

The Controls Technician will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and network systems
  • Ensuring optimal performance of production equipment
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance system efficiencies


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in controls and automation
  • Proficient in troubleshooting 24V and 480V systems, PLCs, and VFDs
  • Experience with servo motors, pneumatic systems, and sensors
  • Familiarity with programming PLCs and VFDs, particularly Allen Bradley
  • Knowledge of industrial ovens and processing equipment
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is advantageous
  • Background in food and beverage industries is a plus
