Key Responsibilities:
The Controls Technician will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and network systems
- Ensuring optimal performance of production equipment
- Collaborating with team members to enhance system efficiencies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in controls and automation
- Proficient in troubleshooting 24V and 480V systems, PLCs, and VFDs
- Experience with servo motors, pneumatic systems, and sensors
- Familiarity with programming PLCs and VFDs, particularly Allen Bradley
- Knowledge of industrial ovens and processing equipment
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is advantageous
- Background in food and beverage industries is a plus
