Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and courteous Shuttle Driver to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Durango. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting hotel guests to and from various destinations, including the airport and local attractions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive hotel guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and other destinations as needed.
  • Assist guests with luggage and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in monthly front desk meetings to discuss guest needs and concerns.
  • Inspect and maintain the van to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Provide information to guests about hotel services, local attractions, and points of interest.
  • Page guests in the lobby, dining rooms, or other areas of the property.
  • Deliver messages and run errands as needed.
  • Maintain the lobby and front porte-cochere in a clean and tidy manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of driving experience preferred.
  • CDL required for vans with more than 16 passenger capacity.
