We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at ZephyrTech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and manage rental agreements, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Sell additional products and services to clients, meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of our business.
- Distribute and receive rental vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for client use.
- Participate in fleet planning, working with our team to optimize our vehicle inventory and meet client demand.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in the service or tourism industry, hospitality, or a similar field.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A valid driver's license (Class B).
