Neuro Trauma RN

We are seeking an experienced Med Surg RN with a specialization in Neuro Trauma to join our healthcare team at The George Washington University Hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care to critically ill and injured patients with neurologic injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, strokes, and spinal cord injuries.
- Work in a 42-bed multi-specialty area committed to being the innovative leader in Neuroscience, Orthopedic and Trauma services.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex medical conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Current RN License in good standing with state licensing board.
- BSN required OR enrollment and completion of BSN within 5 years.
- Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience in an acute care setting.
- BLS certification (ACLS within 3 months of hire).
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $3,000 to support your transition.

- Monthly Extra Shift Bonus: $3,000 per month through our 4x4 incentive program.
- Shift Differential: $4 to $8 per hour.
- Certification Bonus: $1,000 annually for maintaining your certifications.
- Referral Bonus: $5,000 for referring a fellow RN.
- Commuter Subsidy: $100 monthly.
- Paid Time Off: 208 hours annually.
