- Record and chart medication administration
- Follow individual client self-administration programs
- Order and receive medications and maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure accurate count and documentation of controlled medications
- Document client medical records and maintain accurate files
- Perform other related duties as required
- Equivalent of four years of high school education plus specialized training or correspondence school
- Current Arkansas State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Current Arkansas driver's license, auto liability insurance, and registration
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
