Job SummaryThe Program Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Comprehensive Counseling and Support Services program, ensuring that services are delivered in a timely and effective manner. This includes supervising a team of staff, coordinating with community providers, and monitoring program performance and quality improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, administer, and oversee the delivery of home and center-based child abuse prevention services to low to high-risk families.
- Provide leadership and clinical oversight to program staff, including orienting and training staff and providing consultations.
- Ensure that the program is operating in a manner consistent with standards and guidelines established by funders, state law, and agency policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with funders, collaborators, state agencies, and other service providers.
- Provide constructive feedback to the Program Director regarding needed changes in policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two years of experience in working with parents/caretakers who harmed their children or threatened their children with harm and children who experienced harm or were threatened with harm and experienced trauma and loss.
- Valid Driver's License and daily access to an automobile.
