How You'll Perform the Role:
- Organize and input all testing pertaining to safety and audits
- Input all GEMBA reporting into a spreadsheet for production and shipping
- Input all incident tracking for close calls, first aid, and TIRs
- Perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly inspections
- Assist the safety manager with training scheduling
- Perform GEMBA walks
- Inspect the plant floor for close calls
- Update all safety boards
- Follow all applicable food service policies and procedures
- Follow all PPE policies
What We Need From You:
- High school diploma, GED, and/or 3 to 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Three to five years of clerical experience preferred
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have reading, math, written, and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
