Key Responsibilities- Assist with patient care management, including vital sign collection, preparation for physician exams, and administration of medications.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and handling insurance claims.
- Conduct aseptic procedures, take vital signs, and prepare patients for physician care.
- Administer basic first aid and assist with patient examinations or treatments.
- Operate office medical equipment and collect routine laboratory specimens as directed by physicians.
- Administer medications as directed by physicians and perform basic laboratory procedures.
- Maintain current knowledge and certification, and pursue professional growth and development.
- Registered Medical Assistant (ARMA) certification or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
