Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide professional and courteous service to all guests.
  2. Execute job responsibilities efficiently while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  3. Conduct regular assessments of housekeeping operations to uphold brand standards.
  4. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring quality and availability.
  5. Oversee and guide the work of housekeeping staff as needed.
  6. Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms according to operational policies and standards, which includes:
  • Replacing soiled linens with fresh ones.
  • Removing trash and dusting surfaces.
  • Restocking promotional materials and room amenities.
  • Promptly reporting maintenance issues to the supervisor.
  • Handling lost and found items appropriately.
  1. Maintain an organized and clean housekeeping cart and equipment.
  2. Report any 'DO NOT DISTURB' signs or locked rooms to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
  3. Organize storage areas to enhance efficiency and ensure quality of supplies.
  4. Secure linen closets and waste disposal areas to maintain safety and security.
  5. Acquire knowledge of the property and facilities to effectively respond to guest inquiries.
  6. Understand and implement all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
  7. Keep the supervisor informed of any significant issues or unusual occurrences.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
