Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, you will:
1. Conduct precise and timely laboratory tests, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
2. Take charge of departmental responsibilities in the absence of supervisory staff.
3. Maintain thorough documentation related to patient results and manage critical laboratory specimens.
4. Execute urgent procedures within designated turnaround times.
5. Utilize sound judgment and independent thinking in interpreting patient results.
6. Review pending logs and resolve outstanding workloads efficiently.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
- An Associate Degree in a relevant field; a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology is preferred.
- A valid State of Florida Technologist License or the ability to obtain one during the interview process.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
