Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

OnSite Healthcare and Wellness, LLC is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Wound Care Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level medical and mental health care to patients in various settings, including nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the wound care needs of patients in assigned facilities.
  • Collaborate with the OnSite team, nursing home staff, residents, and families to provide comprehensive care.
  • Assess the efficacy of recommended interventions and provide education on best practices.
  • Integrate various interventions, emphasizing non-pharmacological treatments whenever possible.

Requirements:

  • Master of Science in Nursing with FNP, ANP, AGNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, or ACNP certification.
  • Active License in South Carolina.
  • DEA registration.
  • 1+ year experience.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Strong patient assessment skills.
