Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at OnSite Healthcare and Wellness, LLC. As a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality medical care to patients in various settings, including nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

About the Role

This is a part-time or full-time opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to work independently and collaboratively with our team to provide wound care services. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing education on best practices for wound management.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing with FNP, ANP, AGNP, AGACNP, AGPCNP, or ACNP certification
  • Active License in South Carolina
  • DEA registration
  • 1+ year experience
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Strong patient assessment skills
  • Strong, ambitious, patient-centric work ethic
