Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Operator to join our team at Enlink. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our natural gas processing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control the operation of natural gas processing, product treating, and compression equipment to ensure optimum plant performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on plant equipment, including engines, compressors, dehydrators, turbines, pumps, and other plant equipment.
  • Assist maintenance and I&E technicians with routine maintenance and major projects.
  • Ensure compliance with operating and maintenance procedures, as well as safety regulations, in accordance with company policies.
  • Complete daily and monthly reports, including environmental, safety, near misses, downtime, and plant logs.
  • Start and stop operating equipment, such as compressors and process skids.
  • Perform general housekeeping on operating and idle equipment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years' experience in gas treating/processing plant operations.
  • Good understanding of plant principles and operations.
  • Ability to respond in a timely manner to any emergency.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to extreme weather conditions, driving a vehicle, and operating forklifts and light industrial equipment.
