Our mission is to provide exceptional care to our patients and community. We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President in our office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing complex administrative support, coordinating office services, preparing reports, maintaining schedules, and interpreting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to the Senior Vice President, including coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Make travel arrangements, manage calendars, and coordinate large and complex meetings, conferences, and programs.
  • Filing and Mail Distribution: Maintain correspondence and filing systems for the Senior Vice President.
  • Hiring Process Coordination: Coordinate the hiring process and paperwork as needed.
  • Human Resources Functions: Perform Human Resources-related functions, such as resolving routine and non-routine HR issues and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.
  • A minimum of 6 years of responsible administrative experience in an office setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Tact, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Professional and positive attitude while effectively meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Internet applications.
  • Good organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to multi-task and project manage.
  • Active listening, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and internal and external customers.
  • Teamwork and willingness to back up others.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
