LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Residential Case Manager to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, Monday-Friday, 100% onsite in the Long Beach area.
Key Responsibilities- Assist a client caseload with a wide array of services, focusing on finding a stable housing environment.
- Provide supportive housing resources, documentation, employment resources, and healthcare resources as needed.
- Work with clients who may be suffering from mental health and/or substance abuse ailments.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 1 year case management/social work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software systems.
- Bilingual English/Spanish desired, not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathetic and compassionate towards others.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and de-escalate as needed.
- Meet deadlines when needed.
- $24.00 per hour.

- Paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave, and Holiday pay where applicable.
