About Propark Mobility:

Propark Mobility is recognized as a leading provider in the parking and mobility sector. With numerous locations nationwide, we pride ourselves on employing passionate and driven parking professionals.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Guide patrons to appropriate parking spaces
  • Uphold company service standards by maintaining a professional appearance, greeting customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and thanking customers upon their departure

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with minor cleaning or maintenance tasks as directed by management
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and team members
  • Skilled in providing customer resolutions in a courteous manner

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, and hear. Occasional lifting or moving of objects up to 25 lbs may be necessary.

Work Environment:

Employees may be exposed to varying weather conditions and environmental factors. Noise levels can range from minimal to moderate.
