Job Title: Executive Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of caregivers and support staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction, retention, and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Manage the community's budget and financial performance to ensure profitability and growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote our community and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.
  • Lead and participate in community events and activities to promote resident engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • College degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business, or social work).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in senior living or healthcare management.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on resident satisfaction and quality of care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and financial performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
