We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Golden Corral. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Hot Choice Buffet products to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Food Production: Prepare Hot Choice Buffet products, including Carving and Display Cooking products, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
- Grilling and Cooking: Grill all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality and freshness.
- Inventory Management: Restock items at the Display Cooking Station and assist with carved meat options when needed.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain the correct temperature of all products during cooking, holding, and serving.
- Cleanliness: Ensure the Hot Cook area and all smallwares are clean and check dishes for cleanliness before using them.
- Guest Service: Ensure that Hot Choice Buffet products are always hot and fresh for our guests and provide friendly and courteous service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in food preparation and cooking preferred.
- Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
