**Responsibilities:**
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Maintain client documentation in compliance with state and agency standards
- Communicate effectively, professionally, and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing professional development and consultation/supervision

**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed Therapist must hold active MN licensure (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT or LP)
- Clinical Trainee must be pursuing licensure (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT)
- Trained in DC:0-5 or other specialized training related to working with children/adolescents
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to client-centered care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Competitive salary ($50,000 - $85,000) based on experience and qualifications
