Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Aspire of Illinois is seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing clinical support services to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Job Summary:The Board Certified Behavior Analyst will be responsible for providing clinical support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This includes collaborating with individuals and their support teams to develop effective strategies to promote skills for healthy relationships, completing and using assessment results to develop behavior support/enrichment programs, and presenting plans and obtaining approval from required committees.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with individuals and their support teams to develop effective strategies to promote skills for healthy relationships
- Complete and use assessment results to develop behavior support/enrichment programs for assigned individuals
- Present plans and obtain approval from required committees
- Obtain approvals and documentation for plan implementation
- Review plan progress and share updates with individuals and their support teams
- Facilitate social development groups
- Promote individual rights and rights knowledge
- Provide billable services in accordance with DHS standards and meet billing targets for position
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, or related field
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
