We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical support services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with individuals and their support teams to provide behavior therapy assessments and create individual behavior support/enrichment plans.
- Consult with and provide training for team members on behavior therapy techniques and strategies.
- Promote skills for healthy relationships and empower individuals to thrive.
- Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.
- BCBA certification and valid driver's license.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hybrid schedule with opportunity to make own hours.
