**Job Summary**

Quantix is seeking a skilled Trailer Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our Class 8 liquid tank and bulk trailers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trailers, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Assist with emergency breakdowns and provide on-site repairs.
  • Document all repairs and maintenance activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in trailer maintenance or a related field.
  • Automotive or mechanical trade certification preferred.

**Physical Demands:**

  • Ability to enter and exit the driver's compartment of the truck and/or behind cab using normally available footholds and handholds.
  • Ability to move and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and crawl to inspect and/or wash vehicles.
