The Morrison Center is in search of dedicated and skilled Community Case Managers to provide essential case management services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We are looking for Case Managers to handle caseloads effectively.



Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly compensation ranges from $20 to $22 based on experience, along with a quarterly performance-based bonus.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes vacation, personal, and sick leave, as well as health and dental insurance. Life insurance and both short and long-term disability insurance are provided at no cost to the employee. A 403(b) plan with company contributions is also available.

Position Overview:


Case Managers are responsible for creating personalized support plans for clients, utilizing a person-centered planning approach. They evaluate support strategies to ensure that the services provided meet the clients' needs and assist clients in identifying methods to achieve their personal goals.

This role involves working with adult clients who have intellectual disabilities. The Case Manager is accountable for maintaining documentation in compliance with relevant regulatory agencies.

The Case Manager serves as a representative of The Morrison Center within the community and acts as a liaison with other organizations.

Essential Qualifications:

At least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is required (such as Direct Support Professional, Behavioral Health Professional, etc.).

Strong organizational and writing skills are necessary, along with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a dynamic environment.

Experience in Adult Case Management is preferred but not mandatory.

Educational Requirements:

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, Social Work, Special Education, Counseling, Nursing, or a closely related field.


Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in an unrelated field must have a minimum of one year of paid full-time experience in the human services sector.
